We are a new and passionate brand. This means we personally oversee every aspect of the creative and execution process, from handpicking the highest quality fabrics to packaging. You will be guaranteed, not only an exquisite piece but an overall unique experience.

We create durable luxury items that are both comfortable and stylish, but most importantly, at reasonable prices, so you don’t have to settle for less than you deserve!

Shipping & Delivery What is your Shipping policy?

Please note that all orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days. This shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

If your item is prepared sooner it will be shipped quicker.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive an email/message with a tracking number once your order is ready for shipment. Please make sure to provide us with the proper email/number to communicate with you.

Can I rush my order?

Standard shipping for orders requires 2-3 days. North Coast (Sa7el) orders require 5 working days.

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver all over Egypt.

Yes, this includes the North Coast (Sa7el).

International shipments are available, but shipping fees and delivery time may vary depending on your zone or location.

My order doesn’t fit. What do I do?

Please refer to our sizing guide for a perfect fit. We do not advise sizing up or down. If you are unsure of the size to order, please message us with your questions before placing your order.

We do not offer returns or refunds on sizing issues however you can always exchange your item for another size.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations, but we would be happy to reschedule your shipment date to any date you find suitable.

How do I care for my garments?

Machine wash cold using the gentle cycle and mild detergent. Leave to air dry and avoid using bleach. Please ensure you follow the special care instructions on the garment label to prolong the life of your garment.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer returns for our products, if there’s an issue with the size or item, you may exchange it for another – free of charge.

No shipping fees are required. What are my payment options?

We currently accept cash on delivery. Online payment options will soon be available to ensure you enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.

Are your shirts slim fit?

All our shirts are authentic fit -somewhere between regular fit & slim fit- for best fit and absolute comfort.
